Skin Health

from Skin GPs who get real life

When it comes to management, we don’t just flick you a script and send you on your way. We educate, we explain, support and guide you through to good skin health.

No interns here: We rely on our trusted network of Skin GPs, a grassroots skin doctor who knows their stuff.

Our Skin GPs have a special interest in skin, meaning that this is the area of practice they choose to focus on day in, day out.

The minimum expectation for our Skin GPs to be part of our team is 6 months in skin medicine clinics as part of their training, along with tertiary qualifications in GP skin education. This includes training in dermoscopy, skin cancer medicine, and minor procedure training.

How do we do this?

Our process goes like this.

We screen GPs across Australia for their skin cred and experience.

Only the best are invited to be part of the team at The Skin GP Australia.

Upon booking, we ask you to fill in a user friendly pre-consultation form so we can identify your key issues without wasting your valuable time in consult.

We use this information to pinpoint our questions during your appointment to we use every minute wisely.

We also ask for photos from your standard device like a smart phone to consolidate our consultation findings, to ensure we get the right diagnosis, with management to follow.

A written management plan is included with every initial consultation.
